Residents and non Residents Income Tax Returns
If you are Resident this means you should be submitting Resident Income Tax Returns around May / June of each year, the deadline for these being 30th June of any given year.
If you are a Non Resident property owner, or receive income from a Spanish Bank, then you should be submitting Non Resident Income Tax Returns around November / December of each year, the deadline being 31st December of any given year, this last one obviously has nothing to do with your income.
Failure to do either could result in fines and interest being levied against you or your assets.

Next Monday 3rd of October we will start the presentation of the tax declarations 2010 to the tax authorities. This process is done in alphabetic order and copies of the declarations will be available for collection as from the 15th of January 2012.
If you require an urgent copy of your declaration we kindly ask you to let us know.

We would like to remind you that the voluntary tax payment period is just about to end on the 8th of October.Â
Road Tax until 7th May 2010
A reminder to all of you that own a car registered in  Spain. If you have not paid the road tax, you can contact us and we will help you to make the payment and arrange a direct debit for the future.
Property Tax Declaration 2009
The receipts to cover the property tax 2009 have been sent to the bank on the 19th, 20th and 24th May 2010. You should receive confirmation from your bank in the next few days.
